Storytime

Each story features original music by Elliott DeVivo and illustrations by George Peters, creating an immersive, engaging experience for young children.

After a successful Somerset tour of Goldilocks and the Three Bears in 2023, we were granted funding by Arts Council England and Somerset Council for four new stories; beginning with Jack and the Beanstalk in autumn 2025.

Tiddlygigs Storytime began in 2022 when Emily Murphy realised she could use three differently pitched instruments to represent the three bears in Goldilocks and the Three Bears. After completing storytelling training with Becky Dixon at Beanstalk Arts, she developed a series of musical story performances combining live music, storytelling, props, and plenty of audience participation.
